Cascades Casino Delta to Open in 2020

DELTA – Cascades Casino Delta is still on track to tentatively open in 2020. Cascades Casino Delta will be a property under the Gateway Casinos & Entertainment umbrella of gaming properties. At this time, it is slated for a December 2020 opening and progress is being made towards hitting this deadline.
The new Cascades Casino Delta will replace the Delta Town & Country Inn and will be strategically located on a major highway connecting Canada with the United States.
According to a Gateway spokesperson, the Casino will be, “a full-service entertainment destination with casual ambiance, but with the scale and amenities associated with a big-city entertainment facility with exceptional customer service and attention to detail.”
It is expected that Cascades Casino Delta will feature up to 500 slot machines and 24 table games. It will also have a variety of dining options including, Match Eatery and Public House, Atlas Steak + Fish and a buffet.
The casino will also be attached to a brand new hotel as well which will include 116 rooms and meeting spaces. The venue is currently valued at $70 million CAD and is expected to generate $1.5-3 million in revenue to Delta.
This will be the fourth Cascades Casino for Gateway Casinos & Entertainment, with the other three being in Langley, Kamloops, and Penticton (all in B.C.).
